 TIME?              8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

 LOCATION:   Elementary School

All children enrolling for kindergarten must be five years of age, and Pre-K children must be four years of age by September 1, 2006.  They should have received ALL REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS before school starts in the fall. 

WHAT SHOULD PARENTS BRING?

·       BIRTH CERTIFICATE

·       SOCIAL SECURITY CARD

·       ALL IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

(It is also strongly recommended that you bring a copy of a physical and dental exam completed within the last 6 months)
