Hello!

My name is Joe Anthony, and I'm the Middle School Counselor at Union City.

It is the mission of the Union City Area School District’s School Counseling Program to nurture the academic, career, social, and emotional potential of each student. The Union City Area School District’s School Counseling Program collaborates with parents, educators, local businesses, community partners, and post-secondary stakeholders to empower students to become career and college ready.  

With that in mind, I feel that it is my role to enrich skills and assist students in removing barriers that prevent them from making progress. Middle school is an exciting time of change that is full of challenges. When life gets difficult, please let me help.

At Union City, we have a multitude of ways to support and nurture the growth of our students:

- SAP services including Outpatient counseling, Trauma Therapy, and Drug and Alcohol counseling
