Congratulations to Mrs. Dell who has been selected to receive a 2023 Paving the Way to Educational Success Advocate Award! Her work to provide educational stability for children and youth experiencing homelessness and youth experiencing foster care has been recognized by her colleagues in the field! Mrs. Dell was recognized with an award in Pittsburgh on October 12th.
