Hallowed ground! We walked the grounds or Arlington National Cemetery where we were able to witness the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and visit the Eternal Flame at the JFK Memorial.


Had a great memorial walk this morning. We were able to visit the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial Wall, and the Korean Memorial.



Good Morning. The kids are fueling up for another day. We will start the day at the Lincoln Memorial, walk the grounds at Arlington National Cemetery, and visit the Air and Space Museum.

The kids are wrapping up at the ww2 memorial today. They are exhausted!!! They have walked about 10+ miles!!! We will be back at it bright and early tomorrow morning at the Lincoln Memorial.

Congratulations to four Union City Middle School Students for qualifying for PJW States. Hunter Miller, Cayden Dingle, Kane Gregor, and Josh Mitcham all qualified and made the trip to Johnston , PA this weekend. After a tough two days of wrestling, Josh was our lone medalist, making it to the podium in 8th place. We are so proud of all of you!


Students in Mrs. Lenart's classroom celebrated Dr. Seuss Day with Green Eggs and Ham and Oobleck. Tons of fun!!

At the assembly Union City Middle School Students got a chance to learn about and display a little bit of friendly competition.
During the MS assembly students got to have a little bit of fun and played Red Light, Green Light with Mr. Shrout and Mr. Anthony.
7th grade students participated in the guidance lesson with Mr. Anthony. Students played don't break the ice and learned the importance of paying attention to non verbal communication cues.

Students in Mrs. Knauff's class present their products/inventions to the Sharks in the Shark Tank. Here the students present their idea, The Food Fanny, and are trying to get The Sharks to invest in their product.

Mrs. Murosky's classes spent the day working on their rocks and minerals identification labs.
