The 8th graders finished up the Challenge 24 Tournament today. Lucas Silka defeated Adam Bartholomew by one point in the championship match. Liam Dean rounded out the top 3. Congratulations!!!

We are on our way home. After walking over 16 miles in two days and seeing so much rich history in our Nations Capital. What a trip it has been! Thank you chaperones and students, it was a blast.

9/11 Memorial located at the Pentagon. Wow!



Hallowed ground! We walked the grounds or Arlington National Cemetery where we were able to witness the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and visit the Eternal Flame at the JFK Memorial.



Had a great memorial walk this morning. We were able to visit the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial Wall, and the Korean Memorial.




Good Morning. The kids are fueling up for another day. We will start the day at the Lincoln Memorial, walk the grounds at Arlington National Cemetery, and visit the Air and Space Museum.


The kids are wrapping up at the ww2 memorial today. They are exhausted!!! They have walked about 10+ miles!!! We will be back at it bright and early tomorrow morning at the Lincoln Memorial.

Congratulations to four Union City Middle School Students for qualifying for PJW States. Hunter Miller, Cayden Dingle, Kane Gregor, and Josh Mitcham all qualified and made the trip to Johnston , PA this weekend. After a tough two days of wrestling, Josh was our lone medalist, making it to the podium in 8th place. We are so proud of all of you!



Students in Mrs. Lenart's classroom celebrated Dr. Seuss Day with Green Eggs and Ham and Oobleck. Tons of fun!!
