ConnectUC Program Components
If you're curious about the various ways that we're bringing this program to the community, check out each of the program components below and continue checking back for updates.

Laptop Borrowing Program
ConnectUC addresses a critical need by increasing access to technology for those facing economic barriers to broadband adoption. The program will make the devices, which are HP EliteBooks, available to the community through two avenues: 1) a structured lending program, which will allow participants to borrow devices from the District for 90-day increments at no-cost and 2) regularly scheduled community "open lab" nights. The district began community outreach in May and early June, and as of August 12, we are rocking and ready to sign out laptops to community members on a first-come, first-served basis! GET ON THE PROGRAM BORROWING LIST by emailing sdell@ucasd.org!
To learn more about the Laptop Borrowing Program, check out the flier below and, as mentioned above, email Mrs. Stacey Dell your contact information at sdell@ucasd.org to get on the list!

Open Lab Sessions for Community Members
As part of the grant, we will be hosting regularly scheduled community "open lab" nights beginning this Fall to support community members in developing their technology skills by accessing our computer labs on-campus during scheduled times. We will have our computer labs ready for the kick-off to the 2025-2026 school year. All Open Lab Session dates are posted below! Check it out, and reach out to Mrs. Stacey Dell your at sdell@ucasd.org if you have questions.
