Welcome New Students!

Dear Parents,

The following will need to be brought in upon registering your student:

• Birth Certificate of student

• Proof of Residency (two of the following, NO MORE THAN 3 MONTHS OLD):

  •  Current Lease Agreement/Copy of Deed/Mortgage Statement

  •  Insurance Documents/Current Tax Bill/Copy of Closing

  • Utilities Bill/Internet Bill/Cell Phone Bill/Bank Statement/Credit Card Bill

  • Federal or State Government documents such as Benefits Information, Voter Registration, or Tax Documents

•  Immunization Record of student

• Court Order/Custody Agreement (if applicable)

•  Parent Photo ID
