The High School Washington D.C. trip was a great success! The 11th grade and 12th grade students had a jammed pack weekend! The group of students were able to: visit Arlington National Cemetery while observing the changing of the guard, visit the Capitol building, tour the Botanic Gardens of D.C., experience the Holocaust Museum, participate in a monument tour, and even had time to get some keepsakes to take home. Students also received a surprised when they were able to see all of the beautiful Cherry Blossoms over. The weekend concluded by visiting Mount Vernon, George Washington’s home, participating in a wreath laying ceremony, and visiting the Air and Space Museum at Dulles Airport.
