Union City Elementary School is now accepting registrations for K4 and Kindergarten students for the 2026-2027 school year.
Registration will take place from March 23-27, 2026, between 8:15 AM and 2:00 PM by appointment only. Families are encouraged to contact Lydia Reynolds at 814-438-7611, option 4 then option 1, or email lreynolds@ucasd.org to schedule their appointment. Parents should bring several required documents, including their child's birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency, parent/guardian photo ID with current address, and any applicable court orders or custody agreements.
Registration packets can be completed in advance and are available on the district website or at the elementary office. Please note that K4 students must be four years old and Kindergarten students must be five years old prior to the first day of school.
