LAST CALL! If you are a junior or senior interested in pursuing the PCT Advanced Manufacturing Pre-Apprenticeship (AMP) program, this Friday is your final day to register! AMP is a registered pre-apprenticeship that teaches the foundational technical knowledge and skills needed for entry-level occupations in manufacturing. Students complete online learning modules in preparation for in-person lab sessions right here at UCASD as part of the first NWPA cohort! The AMP program awards the Certified Manufacturing Associate industry credential from the Society for Manufacturing Engineers. Attached is the AMP program flyer. The QR code in the upper right corner of the page leads to the online registration form. Or direct link: https://tinyurl.com/34jf2uhk. There is no cost to students or schools for participation in the program. If you're interested, see your guidance counselor, Mrs. Anne Conti, as soon as possible in order to see if this course could work in your Spring 2025 semester schedule, and register on the links provided ASAP!
